PAVISINT SL 75 S14
Multipurpose floorings – Indoor
With a total thickness of 17 mm and excellent shock-absorbing properties (DIN V 18032 test pass 50%) that guarantee outstanding playing comfort and safety, the Pavisint SL 75 S14 system is the ideal indoor sports surface (gyms, basketball courts, volleyball and 5-a-side football) for schools.
A highly elastic rubber floor mat and a wearing course in polyurethane resin, stabilized with glass fibre reinforcement, guarantee the performance and properties for which the system was designed.
Pavisint SL 75 S14 meets the requirements of the strictest school building specifications.
CONFOSPORT / CONFOSPORT T
Tennis courts and multipurpose floorings – Indoor / Outdoor
Thanks to its elastic thick composition and consequent high impact absorption capacity, the system guarantees major comfort, a fast game and perfect ball bounce to players. The Confosport system is easy to apply, requires no maintenance and ensures durable performance over the years. Also available in the Confosport T version, finished with Top paint for sports which involve major and more frequent contact with the flooring. Confosport is ideal as an outdoor court for basketball, volleyball, 5-A-Side Football and handball. The Confosport system is classified by the ITF in Class 3 (medium).
ROLLERTOP PRO CC
The Rollertop Pro CC System is designed for inline skating flooring on concrete decks. The flooring is approved by World Skate for national and international competitions at professional level and is characterised by a special anchoring system to the deck. On the other hand, the finishingl layer is designed to obtain a hard, uniform surface characterised by a perfect balance between non-slip and smoothness particularly suitable for professional skating.
ATHLON PG
Athlon PG System is an in-situ anti-trauma flooring system mde with a base layer, consisting of a mix of SBR Multicolor granules and a single component polyurethane binder Athlon 45 and a finishing layer consisting of a mixture of colored EPDM granules and a single component polyurethane binder Athlon 99. The high elastic properties absorb shocks, cushion the impact following a fall and minimize the risk of slipping, making the proposed system a safe surface, suitable for coating and securing playgrounds, play areas and entertainment surfaces for children. The Athlon PG system is tested according to the EN 1177 by the IISG in different thicknesses with relative drop heights.
COLORSINT / COLORSINT WS
Urban cycling and pedestrian areas – Outdoor
Colorsint consists of a resin charged with special fillers, pigments and aggregate materials for the colouring and the protection of cycling tracks and preferential lanes. Colorsint is wear resistant and non-slip (dray and wet) and ensures stable, non-reflecting colours which are resistant to U.V rays.
Urban cycling and pedestrian areas – Outdoor
Colortop is the ideal solution for colouring and protecting floorings in bitumen compound and is resistant to abrasion, the aggressive action of fuels in general and kerosene. This product is particularly suitable for airports, petrol stations and parking areas as well as cycling and pedestrian tracks.
SPORTRACK SW PF
Athletics – Indoor / Outdoor
Casali Sportrack SW-PF is a professional sports flooring system for athletic tracks used for competitions and training. The system is a “mixed” type system, consisting of a 10 mm prefabricated rubber mat and polyurethane resin coating with EPDM granules sprinkled on the top. Athletes will appreciate the comfort and uniform elastic response of this track, guaranteed by the use of a prefabricated deck and final layer that give a uniform thickness; the technical characteristics of this track never diminish over the years. Casali Sportrack SW PF ensures excellent performance in any weather.

The special rubber “cushion” containing granules without quartz chips and coated by a highly elastic synthetic resin make Surface Evolution the latest generation of innovative and highly advanced sports surfaces. The elastic potential of the rubbery “cushion” and the high resistance of the synthetic coating ensure extraordinary elasticity to the surfaces, which reduce joint traumas ensuring major safety to players while offering all the advantages of a durable flooring which is resistant to weather and UV rays. The Surface Evolution system is classified by the ITF in Class 2 (medium-slow). Surface Evolution is ideal for outdoor courts for basketball, volleyball, 5-A-Side Football and handball.
